Hello All,

Have any of you ever had any experience dealing with an artist who will be working in the middle of an exhibition? Our gallery is being used next spring as the site of an exhibition highlighting another campus organization, and a sculptor will be working on a maquette as part of the exhibition. I would like to draft a memorandum of understanding to be agreed upon and signed by the us (the venue) the campus organization (sponsoring/curating the exhibition) and the artist, but I’m not sure where to start. Has anyone created a similar document in the past?

Thanks,

Amanda Dyer
