I have a request from a fellow staff member at work. Is anyone familiar with any developed visitor studies and/or tracking software? 

We're trying to locate a system/database that will allow us to easily record, pull, and compile our visitor study and tracking information (# of visitors in an exhibit, # of brief/long encounters with staff, etc...).
