Marketing and PR Coordinator
deCordova Sculpture Park and Museum, Lincoln, MA

One of New England’s most beloved and stunningly-situated cultural institutions seeks a Marketing and Public Relations Coordinator to serve as a key member of the organization’s operational team, charged with supporting efforts to effectively position and market this revitalized contemporary sculpture and art institution and its programs for the purpose of increasing and maintaining awareness, audience engagement, and earned and raised support. Responsibilities include but are not limited to maintenance of deCordova’s marketing strategy, timeline and standards, coordination of all media relations, maintenance of visual identity, and oversight of web and e-communication content and messaging. The Marketing and Public Relations Coordinator should possess excellent oral and written communication, project management, organizational, and customer/client service skills; experience in similar settings and roles; interest in contemporary art; and an ability to collaborate successfully with both outside vendors and internal staff to assist in the achievement of Marketing and PR goals and the positioning of deCordova for success. 

Particular experience with content management systems (Drupal preferred), email marketing services, Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator, and MS Office, as well as Facebook, Twitter, and other social media platforms highly desired. Strong work ethic; willingness to learn; discretion; and flexibility in fast-paced working environment required, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
