Requirements:
1. experience with/ understanding of HTML, CSS, and Javascript (jQuery)
2. experience with/ understanding of HTML5 and CSS3 (use CSS3 to create animations).
3. experience / understanding of graphic design.
4. mobile app development experience.
5. read and modify existing code quickly.
