Does anyone have a good example of an incident
report that can be used for when artwork or objects are damaged during
exhibition? I am developing guidelines to help the security, education
and docent staff and volunteers collect all appropriate information - less
emotion and more 'who, what, when, where' facts - but I think a certain
amount of formality to the process and an actual form may help. I
am also in communication with our insurance broker but I wanted to see
if anyone on the list already has a template from which I could borrow
some ideas.
