Vice President of Marketing, Art Fair & Arts Business, New York City

For our renowned art fair & arts business client we are seeking a Vice President of Marketing. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of product, customer and corporate marketing for business initiatives, programs and products.  Duties include: oversee strategic planning, including corporate and brand positioning; customer and market analysis; develop and manage the marketing budget; act as spokesperson with customers, press and at industry events; source and manage online and media marketing channels; build, maintain and grow the membership base; collaborate with the VP of Products Development and the VP of Engineering on product and customer marketing strategies; oversee marketing tactics including print, social media, partnerships and affiliate programs; oversee all PR; supervise recruitment, training and development of the marketing team; develop and track metrics and success criteria for all marketing activities; other duties as necessary.  The ideal applicant will have at least 5-7 years in high-income & luxury-oriented marketing with at least 2 years online marketing experience, highly developed customer and client relations skills, experience with working with and managing third-party vendors, and excellent communications, organizational and analytic skills.  BA in Marketing or equivalent necessary; advanced degree a plus.  An excellent opportunity for a self-motivated and results-oriented professional with the ability to take direction and meet deadlines.  Highly competitive salary and excellent benefits.  Please send resume with detailed cover letter and the contact information for at least three references to [log in to unmask]
