Subject: [MUSEUM-L] search engines

Hello Fellow Listers,

I’m wondering if there is a search engine folks like to use for doing research on artifacts… I have limited resources and find myself wasting a LOT of time using the normal engines (google, bing, etc…) which sometimes bears fruit but more often than not leads me off on tangents – I also find that most items listed on seller’s pages (ebay, etsy) don’t often give much information on the times they sell.

Thanks so much!
