Hi Levon,
I can send you a sample of a doc that my organization put together in response to film / photoshoots. Feel free to contact me off list if you are interested: [log in to unmask]
In general, it would be wise to have a lawyer review the documents if possible and include a liability statement in case of damage as well.
Thanks
Kate
Hello.
Our institution was recently used as a on site location for the filming of a television show. Of course we were very excited for the exposure, but unfortunately no contractual agreements were made regarding the use of the space.
Thankfully no major faux-pas took place. However should an opportunity like this arise again, I would like to provide the incoming party with a contract stipulating how the space should be treated during their time on site.
I am wondering, does anyone on the listserv has a copy of a contract/form that speaks to this kind of need that they would be willing to share?
Thanks in advance for any help.
-Levon Williams.
