how about a large poster with face cut out and use digital camera to take visitor
photos - print and give away? you know, like the corny ones of bathing beauties?
Print or have done commercially theme postcards and visitors can send by snail mail to relatives telling about their visit to your place.
there are even dinosaur usable postage stamps -- or you can custom design official US stamps.
