Subject: [MUSEUM-L] what to put on a job description
Dear colleagues,
We are currently in the process of creating a job description for a new position that will work 50% of their time in the Museum department and 50% of their time in another department of our organization. As our Museum has had some bad storage conditions in the past, we have added a line that reads "may need to work around dust and mold" to the job description (as we have to other job descriptions for the Museum before this). In this instance there is resistance to this line being included and we would like assistance in supporting our stand.
If you have a job description that says something similar could you please either let me know or email it to me so we can share with our HR department? Or, if we are totally off base in asking for this, could you let me know that as well, please?
I can be reached either at this email, or my work email [log in to unmask].
Thank you!
