Registrar, New York For our world-renowned New York-based international gallery client we are seeking a Registrar. The successful applicant will oversee all registrarial duties, including maintain inventory databases; prepare condition reports; coordinate all local, domestic and international shipping and deliveries; oversee all consignment and loan agreements; coordinate shipment for exhibitions, museum loans and art fairs; work with art handlers to coordinate movement and installation of works; other duties as necessary. 3-5 years' registrarial experience in gallery or museum and BA in art history or related field required: excellent written and verbal communications, organizational and database skills and high proficiency with computer programs including PC, Word and Excel a must.
