Subject: Quality Survey

Dear colleagues,

Could you help me find out more about how quality is measured in heritage organizations?

I am looking at the measures of ‘quality’ which are used across the heritage sector - including heritage visitor attractions such as museums and historic houses, archives, archaeological units and expert advice givers (such as development control officers and genealogists).  I am particularly focussing on the quality measures which are used by stakeholders such as grant-giving bodies and governments.

I would very much appreciate it if you fill in the survey here: http://edu.surveygizmo.com/s3/634430/Heritage-Quality-Metrics-Survey-9-2011.  It will take about 12 minutes to complete. If you would like a copy of the results (whether or not you choose to participate) please contact me:

Please do pass this request on to your contacts.

Many thanks,

Pat
