My museum is in the initial stages of updating our volunteer manual (guidelines, rulebook, policies & procedures...). It hasn't been updated in well over a decade and
our volunteer program. Does anyone have copies of your own museum's volunteer policies & procedures that I can look at? Also, are there any sections that are an absolute must? Any odd trends you've noticed at your museum that should be addressed within an
updated manual?
