Hello all.<br><br>Our institution is looking to revamp our existing Oral
 Histories program from the ground up.  One element we are looking at updating is our paperwork.  <br><br>Might any of you have examples of 
Consent or Release forms that you use currently for your Oral Histories 
programs that we could look at as we prepare to redraft ours?<br>
