I think the terms you are looking for are: Holder, Marking Stamp and Inkpad.  Both are listed under Writing Accessories.

Subject: Another Nomenclature problem

 

In Nomenclature 3, how would you classify, and what would you call, a rack or stand for office stamps? Also, are stamp pads in there somewhere under some term and I just can't find them?
