Job description/responsibilities:

The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for the administration of the Sam Noble Museum volunteer program; facilitating educational programs and serving as backup to the Education Department scheduler. Duties include, but are not limited to, recruitment, training, placement and supervision of volunteers; facilitating educational programs and making school field trip reservations. The Volunteer Coordinator will dedicate 65% of their time to the Volunteer Program and 30% to the Education Program, they will work closely and effectively with museum staff at all levels, comply with established museum policies and procedures and promote the professional use of volunteers.  

 

Salary:  $23,660 - $30,000
