Hi all,

Do any of you have interested events that intertwine food with a cultural
group within the confines of a discussion panel or moderation? To give you
an idea of what I'm planning, I'd like to organize a discussion panel that
centers on the importance of Italian food within the local culture of
Milwaukee's Italians, but to add a dimension, I'd like to have the audience
be able to taste test various traditional forms of Italian food that were
native to Italy and brought over by the immigrants.

So what I am asking in essence is, have any museums out there undertaken a
similar program and if so, how successful was it?

Thanks!
