We will be leasing a combined office/warehouse space for long term off site collection storage. It currently has a low pile industrial carpet which will definitely be removed. My choice is to simply clean the bare concrete and seal it. As I have never been in the position to actually get to choose my preferred flooring I am curious to hear what others would choose or recommend. Thanks in advance.
