Hi Cindy, Contacting the Volunteer Coordinator at The John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art will be a great resource for you. They made that transition about 3 years ago. She worked on cleaning up Volunteer Works and importing it into the new Raisers Edge database. Best of luck! It's a huge job.
