Please forgive cross postings. We hire a variety of professional entertainers for our events. I was wondering if other museums have a standard contract that they use or if you rely on the entertainers to provide the contract. Also, how do you deal with issues of insurance and liability? Do you require that entertainers have their own insurance and is that part of your contract?
