Property Manager, NYC Auction House
For our celebrated auction house client we are seeking a Property Manager with experience in contemporary art. The successful candidate will be responsible for and oversee all unpacking/packing; installation; photography; inventory management; management of storage and on and off-site storage; supervise art handlers; other duties as necessary. The ideal applicant will have at least three years experience specifically with an art gallery or auction house and the ability to take initiative, own projects and manage staff in a high-volume environment. Excellent organizational and communications skills essential. Salary at 45K with excellent benefits.
