You might want to contact the East Tennessee Historical Society in Knoxville, TN. They have a very successful Brown Bag Lunch series.

Subject: [BULK] [MUSEUM-L] Brown Bag Lectures
Importance: Low

We are bouncing around the idea of doing Brown Bag lectures.  Our usual lecture series was Sunday afternoon, but now we are thinking of trying it during the week.  Has anyone done this? Has it been successful?
