Bring Colonial History Alive for School Children Part time Educators needed for School Tours Wyckoff Farmhouse Museum, oldest house in New York City Programming and curriculum in place. Teach two-hour program designed to familiarize students with the history of the Wyckoff Farmhouse and the corresponding history of the region by means of visual aids, primary- and secondary-source documents, storytelling, collaborative inquiry, and hands-on activities. Tuesdays - Fridays 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Occasional evening or weekend opportunities. $20 per hour Requirements: Degree or graduate work in education. NYS teaching certificate a plus. History or museum studies background helpful.
