Good afternoon,

I am currently an intern (and soon to be employee) with a museum in East Tennessee.  My supervisor at the internship has assigned me the task of searching for foundations that will fund the acquisition of new computers for our library and staff.  I have found that there are many different grant options for computer software, but not so much for hardware.

I am curious if anyone else on this list has written a grant for computer hardware for their museum before?  If so, which foundations would be most likely to fund such an acquisition?  I have found some possibilities for funding computers for our library, but as far as computers for the staff, that has been trickier.  I have a feeling that these will end up being two separate grants, unless I find a more viable option.

If anyone can provide me with any assistance, I would appreciate it.  Thank you!
