I am unsuccessfully trying to comment on your blog (the word verifier
is not working for me!)

Suffice it to say that I agree trust building is an important offshoot
of strategic planning. And if all pertinent stakeholders are not
invited and engaged in the process, then you find yourself with a trust
buster.

Subject: [SPAM] [MUSEUM-L] Strategic Planning as a Trust Builder
Importance: Low

Hello, Listers --

There are lots of ways to build or enhance trust levels (or just plant
some seeds) in your institution -- strategic planning is one way to get
important conversations started. I talk a bit about it in my latest
post at http://leadingbydesign.blogspot.com.
