Anne,

I think you can assume that toluene is present in that vintage of nail polish as well as acetone. The MSDS for toluene is scarier reading that the one for acetone.

Reading an MSDS on acetone, the likely solvent, I see it’s pretty benign aside from being flammable. Any other components I should worry about? Any storage precautions?
