Hi,

We are trying to pull together a job description for a potential new staff person.  We need someone who can focus on marketing as well as on larger programming initiatives for the museum.  In an ideal world, this would be two different people but since that isn't possible this year, we have to try to find a happy medium.  Does anyone have someone on staff who performs both jobs and do you have a job description you would be willing to share?  Also, any feedback on how successful or problematic this has been within your organization would be very helpful.  Thanks so much.
