Dear All,
Can anyone provide me with legal and/or ethical guidelines to
prevent the general public or visiting professionals from photographing objects
on display and then publishing these images in a scholarly publication without written
permission from or credit to the exhibiting institution? I am interested
in both legal codes and case studies.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
Tim
