Travis' points are all useful, especially about camera lenses and the camera body that will accept them. You may want to consider further the video function(s) you anticipate. In the long-run, it may be better to have two 'devices', each being able to do the job you want it to do, properly. A 'compromise' choice is often found inadequate down the road.
