Apply now!] **************************************** SAVE AMERICA'S TREASURES GRANTS ARE AVAILABLE for preservation and/or conservation work on nationally significant intellectual and cultural artifacts and nationally significant historic structures and sites. Grants are administered by the National Park Service (NPS) in partnership with the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH), the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA), and the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS). ELIGIBLE ACTIVITIES INCLUDE: Conservation treatment and preservation of nationally significant intellectual and cultural collections. This includes documents, photographs, books, and works of art on paper. AWARD LEVELS: $25,000 to $700,000 on a 1:1 matching basis. SELECTION CRITERIA: Collections must be of national significance, i.e., those that are associated with the broad patterns of United States history; or are associated with the lives of persons who have national significance in U.S. history; or that represent great historic, cultural, artistic, or scholarly ideas of the American people.
