GREETINGS:

 

The New York City Department of Records and Information Services is seeking bids from records storage providers and from records management services providers for storage and related services for the inactive and semi-active records of New York City government agencies.

 

Qualified providers may submit bids for any or all of the thirteen (13) different Classes of services described in the Specification. No bidder is required to offer bids on all 13 Classes, on any particular number of Classes, or on any particular combination of Classes.

 

The outcome of this bid shall be a “Requirements Contract” for each of the 13 Classes of services, under which agencies of New York City government may issue a Purchase Order for specified services. In addition, any governmental or quasi-governmental agency in New York State that has executed a cooperative purchasing Memorandum of Understanding with the City of New York may utilize these contracts with the consent of the vendor. These agencies are called “participating agencies.”

 

There will be no Pre-Bid Conference.
