Our museums does not currently have any kind of employment policy for our
part time educators and interpreters. I am trying to craft one so that
everyone is on the same page in terms of requesting weeks off, and other
details. Do any of your museums have such a thing? What is covered in that
policy? How much time off from days typically worked during the open season
is reasonable or "normal"?
