I’ve seen this discussed a few times in the past and have searched the archives.  I’m looking for examples of collections policies related to the acquisition of multimedia art and the progressive transfer to new formats as technologies change.  Also examples of artist questionnaires that relate directly to this would be helpful.  Let me know if you are willing to share, I’m sure others are interested in this as well.  Thanks.
