The Southwest Studies Center at Fort Lewis College in Colorado had a very good collections management database application which they developed as part of an IMLS grant, and as such they made it freely available. It requires MS Access (it's not stand-alone). I can no longer find the contact information for the project on their website, however..... perhaps someone else on the list knows who to contact about it? Those using it are not registrar collections management staff - is there anything anyone might recommend that does NOT need to be a Cadillac of collections data software - objectives, it is easy to learn to use, and low cost.
