Hello List!

A colleague at a neighboring museum needs advice on an outdoors cement
monument.  The monument, made in 1940, has several problems including
cracks, areas that are crumbling, areas that are stained, and areas with
poorly made previous repairs.  An important anniversary for the monument is
approaching and my colleague would like stabilize the monument and make it
look better.

Any referrals for conservators you have used for outdoor cement monuments or
any other advice would be greatly appreciated.

Sincerely,
Cheryl
