Because I don't have the resources to hire such a person, we are investigating contracting the Museum shop's operation to another successful gift shop that is located close to the Museum and that has close relations with the Museum. For anyone out there who has a concessionary operate their gift store, what arrangements do you have with the contracting group? (percentages of sales, control over merchandise purchasing, rental of space, etc?)
