I was asked yesterday how to locate some of the podcasts I mentioned in my post, and wrote step-by-step instructions. The person to whom I sent this was able to locate the podcasts and found some "brain food" to use while doing things that aren't quite challenging enough to require your absolute full attention. Forwarding in case it is of help to you:
- Go to iTunes Store
- Top left box, there are several links. Click on Podcasts
- After that, on the right side, you'll see Top Podcasts. Click on the arrow on that line
- That will open up to all the top podcasts. You'll see some are free, and some are for free.
- If you have limitations, you can see at the top you have the option to select only Video or only Audio
