Hello Museum Professionals

I am teaching a collections management course for the Upstate History
Alliance and we have been discussing the option of using web-based
programs to back up collections databases.
I've been visiting some of their websites but don't feel comfortable
recommending any in particular. Would anyone be willing to share
their experiences in using these services?

---Are they affordable, reliable?

---Do any stand out that are worthy of recommendation?

Thanks, in advance, for your reply.
