Hi, 

 We have a donor who is willing to donate her personal papers, but of course would like to arrange that they come to the museum either after her death or possibly before depending on her wishes, which at this time haven't been decided.  I am looking for some wording to use as a either a letter of intent or a contact between us and her for this donation.
