Dear colleagues,

My name is Silvia Filippini Fantoni and I am a lecturer in Museums and New Media and Audience Research and Evaluation Methods at Sorbonne University in Paris.  I teach within the framework of a Masters degree in interactive multimedia whose aim is to create a new generation of project managers in the field of e-culture. As part of their course the students are trained in audio visual techniques, programming, usability, project management, information architecture, design, content development, etc.

During the second semester the students are divided in different groups each comprising a developer, a graphic designer, a project manager, an AV specialist and a usability/information architecture specialist. Each group will have to develop a multimedia application for a cultural organization in France or abroad.

We are currently looking for small projects to develop such as a website, a website application, a series of podcast/vodcasts, mobile interpretation solutions, etc. If any of your institutions has a suitable project and is interested in working with us, let me know ([log in to unmask])

Please keep in mind that the project will have to be completed between January and the end of the semester (June 2009). The contract for these projects will be with the university and will require a small remuneration for the work done by the students.
