Hello all,
 
We are working on constructing a policy for large tour groups who arrive late to their scheduled tour. I wanted to know if any of you could share your institution's policies regarding late tour groups (arrive 30 minutes+ late).  What are the alternatives in terms of touring your institution for late groups? If any of you offer free tours, what is your policy?
