Does anyone have a formal agreement they would be willing to share outlining the arrangement between a state/federal/county/university museum and a private 501(C)3 foundation were the foundation owns the collection used/administered by the museum? What are the areas that absolutely have to be covered in such an agreement? What are the potential areas of conflict? If your institution has such an arrangement does your collection forms reflect this in anyway?

Thank you for any insight or help you can provide.
