I'm writing in regards to fumigation issues.  I work as curator at a county historical society that has a 19th century barn full of furniture and other artifacts.  A few important artifacts will be chosen, but we plan to fumigate them, since they are wood and undoubtedly infested with powder post beetles.

Has anyone fumigated specific artifacts?  (As opposed to fumigating an entire building.)  What kind of costs were involved?  Are there any companies in southeastern Minnesota that specialize in fumigation, especially for museums?
