I highly doubt it's real. It's phishing especially with 'keep all lottery
information from the public'. Pleeez!

Reminds me of the time in which someone responded to one of the 'we need
your help to get these funds out of X....' as Captain Kirk from Star Trek
then posted all the e-mail exchanges.  It was hysterical!
