Another great vendor is Four Seasons Tentmasters who have been in business for 25+ years.  While I have never had one of their tipis, I have two of their larger pavilions (the larger of the two is 17” by 27”) and have been very happy with them.  (In my non-museum life I do re-enactments and have lived in these tents for up to two weeks at a time including through the tail ends of hurricanes so can testify to their wind and rain hardiness!!!)

I can personally recommend http://www.pantherprimitives.com/ . I own one of their tents for my Civil War impression and it has served me well the past 15 years. It's stood up to a lot of sun, and a lot of rain, and even survived a number of thunder storms.  I also know many people who swear by http://www.tentsmiths.com/ . I've seen their custom work, and was very impressed.  Either company should have what you're looking for.
