I agree--once the museum has been added, there needs to be a way for visitors to post comments and ratings.

But I think the idea in and of itself is great...especially for those of us in the job market!

Not to be a jerk, but "rate this" websites usually have, you know, some sort of rating method, or are how somehow related to visitor ratings.  As far as I can tell, this is just another "post you museum here!" website, which is nice, but there are already a bunch of sites that do this....You might want to visit other "ratings" websites to get an idea of what people might expect from the title.
