I work for a relatively "new" cultural history museum, dedicated to the life and time of the first African Nobel Peace prize winner Chief Albert John Mvumbi Luthuli. The Luthuli Museum was opened to the public in August 2004. We are working on a customer care charter and a keen to see how other museum around the globle have developed theirs.
