Applications are now available for two award categories that support attendance at the Visitor Studies Association Annual Conference. VSA's 21st Annual Conference - Theory, Practice, & Conversations - will be held in Houston, Texas, from July 15 - 19, 2008. Sessions will focus on creating bridges to understanding among researchers, evaluators, and those who apply research and evaluation within organizations. Applications are now available for the April Award and Student Scholarship Awards. Applications for both awards are due by March 1, 2008. The April Award supports attendance at the conference for a first time attendee who is new to the field of visitor studies (practicing for three years or less).
