Dear List,
I am researching a painting in the Huntington's collection by Cloyd Lee Boykin (b. 1877), and am trying to track down other examples of his work. Boykin, an African American, attended the School of the MFA in Boston from 1912-1914 and was active as a teacher in Harlem in the 1920s and early 30s before returning to Boston and obscurity. Any assistance anyone can give me is much appreciated!
Thanks,
