The
Waukesha County Historical Society and Museum seeks a dynamic Executive
Director to implement the vision and to direct day-to-day operations.
Supervises staff of eight experienced professionals, provides daily
financial
management, guides fund raising, and collaborates with staff and board
leadership. A major focus in the immediate future will be the
development of an
exhibit on a nationally recognized inventor/musician.

Combined
education and successful leadership and management experience
appropriate for
the job. Articulate and passionate. Communicate comfortably with staff,
donors,
public officials, board members, visitors and volunteers.
